I bought a car for my son for Christmas. 2 days after Christmas the car stopped moving. It wouldnt go forward or backwards. So I emailed and got the information from them that I wa able to send it in for and exchange. And within a week I got an email that the car was being sent back. They replaced it with a brand new one. 4 days after my son received the new one it stopped working too. Same thing as the first car. I have sent them 3 emails now and called them and no reply. At first I was just going to do an exchange with the 1/10th scale since it was on sale for about the same price. But since I havent had a reply back by email then I just want my money back now. I have called but there is no way to leave a message. It is just a recording that tell me what time they open. And it is 10:23 my time which is central standard and they are pacific time. So they should be open by now. I am very disappointed with this company now.
