How does being in your busiest season and having your website go down four times in one month sound to you?
How does any emails you get back from them (which can take days) not being helpful at all sound? Taking no initiative to help you solve the problem which they often caused?
How does unreliable email sound?
How does just being sent to a wiki as a support mechanism sound?
If none of these sound acceptable to you, then don't go to dream host. Choosing them has cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenues and time lost sorting out problems which did not originate on our end.
I am struggling to find something positive to report.
Just want to warn others before they signed on with them.
Think again.
