I first considered Netflix when I purchased a new iphone. They had a free application on it with a trial run. I couldn't believe how great the offer (like $10/month). I then signed up for 1 dvd rental at a time. I would watch the movie and send it back. They would receive it literally within 12 hours of mailing it. My next movie came the following day or two. They are fast and accurate! I had one experience where they lost the dvd but didn't ask questions and quickly took it off my account. This has been the finest DVD rental experience ever. Their staff is very friendly and very helpful and there to adjust your account if you want to change to more dvds or not.
