They froze my account first and stated that it was for buying neopoints. Then they turned around and said it was because of lack of communication with this 'so called' confirmed neopoints seller.
They could have warned me before I accepted the offer on my trade. Yes, it was too good to be true and I should have paid attention to that.
They ripped me off of my main account with premium and close to $1,000.00 dollars worth of Neocash Items (not including what I had just spent before they froze the account).
Customer Service is not helpful and is rude. I signed up for the Class Action Lawsuit as this is unjust!
Don't sign up with Neopets (owned by Viacom). They will look for a reason to freeze your account and steal all your money!
They need to freeze these so called 'neopoints sellers' before they offer on people's trades. NOT AFTER!!!!
