Excellent Customer Service - talk to Michael!! I ordered the free trial and then my mom had some medical problems and I had to go home. I was worried that the package hadn't arrived and I didn't want to get charged for something I hadn't used. I called in and spoke to Michael. He was great. He gave me an extended guarantee since I was going to be out of town. It was so easy. He was also very knowledgable about the product. He asked me all about my eating habits and told me how to take the product best for me. If you ever need to talk to customer service, be sure to ask for him.
