Nationwide Retention Center saved me from losing my home. I had been falling behind on my mortgage payments from being sick and my lender suggested I do a loan modification. I agreed and during the modification I was not to make any payments. Well after stringing me along for months, the modification was denied. I was now behind so much more and couldn’t come up with the money for past payments and late fees. That’s when I found Nationwide online and gave them a shot. I was scared and frustrated but their staff was amazing. Kyle Ortiz and Daniel Taylor were easy to talk to and helped out so much! Because of them I now have a modification through my lender.
