Dont use this company

This Company was late on picking up my stuff and late dropping my furnishings off. First the late pickup caused my friend traveling with me, a rescheduling fee to change the airline ticket for her return. The late drop off had me sitting around an empty house for almost a week. I thought a company like this one would be careful with my belongings because of the price. I was wrong. I had so many broken, nicked and scratched pieces, I did have a large load, and I was assured by the broker that I had a dedicated truck and no other pickups would be in that truck, wrong again. I noticed a few days later that outside on the side of my house, was a broken curio cabinet, no glass on the doors and the back mirror was in pieces. My reclining chair has an arm this has been partially ripped. My wood and glass coffee table has a three inch scratch on one side and more scratches and nicks on the other side. My computer cabinets cornice is separated from being wrenched, as well as my Ashley T.V cabinet, the doors on the sides won’t close properly.
My French door refrigerator had the freezer basket removed, and two of the pieces that held it in where lost and not recovered, also inside the door in the refrigerator was a hole by the butter dish that cannot be repaired. Maytag had to order the parts and then install them at of course a fee.
I noticed that instead of wrapping my wood furniture they use packing tape on them, to hold them shut. As I peeled the packing tape off my furniture I wondered why someone would put tape on wood furniture, it was not easy to remove and did remove some of the finish. I packed pictures in mirror boxes with tones of bubble wrap and they still got broken. My end table legs were broken as well as other cabinets, and some dishes.
My front loading washer and drying doors were scratched as were the tops. I am so disappointed in this company. I am absolutely filing a complaint with the BBB, I hope they will work with me, but I seriously doubt it, because I believe they have no honor. They just don’t care, it’s a business and that’s all.
