this company took 2500.00 last april with the promise of a loan modification,their "processing company just sent us a letter stating that a "new" law called omnibus appropriations act that was actually enacted in march of 2009 has made impossible for them to do their jobs,i have feeling smoke is being blown somewhere and i want my money back this company takes from the poor and lives high on the hog,all the while leaving people out in the cold,can anyone help us?
