AVOID THIS COMPANY - It is terrible

Buyer beware - PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and take your business elsewhere. This company takes zero accountability for its errors, points blame, makes excuses, and offers no kind of honorable customer service. They do not care about providing good customer service and if you receive a response, it is unprofessional and full of weak excuses. Our money was taken the day we placed our order, however, it took almost 9 months to receive our pool. We received an original promise of a 3-month delivery. We were given countless excuses about COVID - if they knew things were unavailable, they should have been upfront with the delivery time and not charged our credit card. We originally went with this company because other pool companies were honest and admitted they had no inventory and weren't accepting orders. Boy, were we suckers falling for this scam of a company. They gladly accepted our money and proceeded to string us along for months. Any decent company who believes in good customer service would have offered some kind of discount for the unacceptable delay. We have received nothing but a huge headache and grief. This has been by far the worse company I have ever dealt with with appalling, rude and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
