My complaint is that when I was unable to pay on a check, I was harassed even when I pleaded for a payment arrangement. Terry Brands was very harsh and verbally abusive. He threatened and continually called my work even though I could have paid off my check in about 6 payments he refused and wanted the whole amount upfront or nothing at all. During this time, many Americans are struggling and trying to make ends meet. Americans do not want collection agencies to call, if we had the money we would pay the whole amount, no one wants to be harassed.
