I would like to recognize the exemplary job that Brittney did in assisting me as I completed the NAIL subscriber agreement. She was of great help in making sure that I provided all the necessary information in order to gain approval to submit my applicants for credit approvals. Above all, I appreciate Brittney's responsiveness. Responsiveness is an important quality for customer facing staff and is rare in my opinion, especially over email. Without her efforts my lease signing would have been significantly delayed.
