Review 5/12/2010

I have just received an escrow notice from this company. At the time I bought my home 4 years ago I requested no escrow. All of a sudden I receive a notice that I have an escrow account. I filed bankruptcy that ended in January 2010. I have been late with my taxes. Nationpoint notified me that I would have to set up an escrow acct. I said no and they said then you will have to set up a payment record with the tax authority and send us your payment plan, which I did. I make my last payment on my 2009 taxes on the 25th of this month. They have not only set up this account demanding over 2,000 right away but refuse to send me a bill since my bankruptcy. They have also paid my bill at the tax authority without my permission, the whole bill even though only 255.00 is left to pay. My experience with this company is that they will not listen, do not have the ability to respond to the customer, that they want the customer to do their job of providing bills and doing what the customer wishes. I have always paid my mortgage on time since I signed on with them. I am a good customer, they are terrible when it comes to customer service. I am not surprised to see that they have an F rating. I may, if I can, have to change, my mortgage company.
