I signed up with NOD Consultants in July of 2010 to negotiate my interest rate with my mortgage lender. NOD was constantly late delivering my documents to my lender which disqualified me for several programs. I received 7 different letters in 6 month's from my lender complaining that the documents were either incomplete or late getting to them. Finally my lender turned us down on December 2nd for the final time.
I paid NOD several thousand dollars, half to negotiate a rate reduction and the other half to handle the restructuring and modification after the negotiations were settled.
NOD failed to negotiate a lower interest rate. They also perform in a unprofessional manor and were at best late sending off documents and returning phone calls.
Now NOD refuses to return emails and phone calls from me and have blocked incoming calls. Grant Gerhart refuses to get back with me to get at least half my refund for services not done. I should get all my money back due to their incompetence and poor work ethics.
