I would not reccomend this company. If they show up at your property they will charge you the full fee for pumping your septic system, regardless of what they do or don't do. If they have to return they will charge you the same full fee again and so on. Find another company to pump your septic and ask detailed questions about what the charges are if the tank is not found, how much time is allowed, etc.
