I'm an Interior Designer who had a worst experience with this company. Hard to even believe they acted so unprofessionally.
Ordered bar stools in early June, couldn't get anyone to call me back when they were long overdue,
told for months they were in productions, then in customs, then finally they weren't being made at all and that
they were sending my client another five bar stools that looked nothing like the ones I ordered. They never thought to ask if I'd even approve them or want them or that there was a change to my order. So I of course cancelled my order and had a upset client on my hands. They handled this so unprofessionally and continue to. I've been trying for three weeks to get thousands of dollars back my client paid five months ago for a deposit and can't even get a return call.
I've left three messages for the CEO Roberta, who has promised to call back but never has. How do they stay in business. Please be warned!
