The window that Mission Maids had given me was 1-3:30. The cleaners arrived at 4:30. Upon their late arrival, I questioned the cleaners why they were late. The cleaners stated that I was yelling at them and said that I should call the office if I had any issues. I then asked the cleaners to go ahead and bring their equipment to begin the cleaning. While they left the apartment to get their equipment, I spoke to the owner of the company. The owner was very unprofessional, unapologetic, and rude when I asked that I be compensated for the late arrival. After my phone call with the owner, I waited for the cleaners to return with their equipment, but they did not. If they were not going to clean the apartment, they should at least have had the courtesy to inform me of their decision.
