If I could submit less than 1 star I would. I have never been so disappointed in any service where I felt the need to write a review until my experience with these guys. They came over right away and were very friendly when they got to my house. That's where the positive experience stopped. They wouldn't even take the TV in to diagnose it without a $300 check which they claimed would cover all the costs and labor and that they would be done in 3-5 days. It's now been 2.5 months and counting and I can't get them to even call me back. I call almost every day and they take my name and phone number and tell me they will call me back but never do. From what I can tell by the short conversations they have with me when I call, it sounds like they broke my TV (which was only occasionally malfunctioning when they took it) and they are too scared to tell me it's broken. Now I'm out $300 and a TV and these scumbags don't have the decency to come clean. I recently filed a small claims suit because I have no other option at this point. Don't get suckered by these rip off artists. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE'S TV REPAIR.
