It is unfortunate that this customer had such an uncomfortable experience with our company. We do the best we can to schedule so that everyone can be taken care of. Unfortunately some times technicians get tied up on a call that should have taken less time, due to additional work due to an emergency or a customer wanting more work than was originally requested. We are always willing to work with or compensate a customer for their inconvenience. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in writing and would like all of our customers to be satisfied and comfortable using us as their personal plumber. The reason we maintain an (A) standing with the BBB, is because this situation is rare and not what happens the majority of the time. We hope that this customer will give us a second chance to prove that we do care about our customers.
