There was a scheduling mix up with this customer and we realized that it was a mistake on our part. Because of this mistake we installed (at no charge to the customer) and water heater that included the price of the water heater and the installation. We do not profess to be perfect, but are always willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers. We would like our customers to be long term and are interested in that kind of a relationship with our customers.
