Very poor service. I ordered a 2GB kit of RAM a month ago. It's still not here. I called a week after I ordered asking where it was and was told it was on back order and being sent to me that very day I called. 2 more weeks went by and I got an E-mail claiming the package just got sent out. I do computer service and don't keep a stock since there are rarely any times I sell anything and it would be outdated by the time I sold it. I just had a long term customer lose faith in my service due to the delay and I now have to eat the cost of going to Best Buy and getting the part just so I can get the job done for the client, all while still waiting on this order to arrive. Considering the reviews I read right before I posted I suggest going elsewhere to order parts.
P.S. When I complained they gave me a $10 credit towards my next purchase. In other words I got nothing back since I will not use their service ever again.
