I would not recommend Microsafe windows to any one. They would be the last company I would trust to install a window in my dog's house! From day one they never delivered on their word. When I signed the contract I was given 72 hours to cancel. After the 72 hours they were to call and return to remeasure the windows. (I guess windows change size after 72 hours) After 1 week I had to call them, They said "We dropped the ball on this one." I was promised a rush delivery on the windows. Let me tell you how their rush delivery works. 4 weeks later I call them again about my windows. I had to call them again to set a time and day. After they called me 2 times that week, they told me on Saturday we will be there at 8 am. So, 10:45 I call. The sales manager John tells me they are on the way, they got a late start. At 3PM they call and say they can't make it, the truck broke down! I asked for my deposit back at least 3 different times, they would not. The windows have a life time warranty. I guess that is a life sentence of bad service for me! So it gets even better. After they stood me up on Saturday, they say they will come on Sunday! Well they did, but the windows were measured wrong, so none of the windows fit!! OMG!!! They did give my money back... Save yourself the grief, there are other window companies out there. I will never use Microsafe Windows in Campbell.
