I was very displeased with Alton Road animal hospital and DR.Benedani who was in charge the day I pick up my dogs after boarding them for 2 days.
I visited on Tuesday to look at their facility, according to their request I provided them with my Dogs vet info to obtain records.
I called on Friday the day I was going to bring them in, they assured me all records were completed.
to my surprise on sunday the day I picked them, my dogs were vaccinated for rabbi's even though they were not due for it for a while.
when I showed them the Prof in the records, I requested an explanation from DR. benedani who was in charge that night.
they made me wait for 45 min to see her, when I asked her if what they did will be harmful to my dog and will they relay all vaccination information to my dog vet. Benedani said it is not her job to send info to any other vet, she was very disrespectful, showed no interest in the well being of my Dog and was not willing to be helpful.
