NO Customer Help - Manufacturers Warranty NOT GOOD DUE TO IMPORTS FROM CHINA

I bought a recliner sofa and loveseat from wendyusa.com which is one of the many websites Metro Furniture runs. After 3 calls, I was instructed to Email Customer Service and would have a call back by 4:00 that day.
Day 2: No call, no email. I tried to call back and get a crazy message saying the person I am trying to call is not accepting phone calls. SO, I take it on myself to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer informs me that the company most likely imported the item from the manufacturer in CHINA and I was not under warranty!
The seams on all the cushions are coming apart, the underside of every recliner has split and all the stuffing is falling out and the 1 recliner is bent and doesnt close, never has since day 1.
I am disputing it with my CC now.
