Ok, this has to be the worst cleaning service ever, and I've been through 6 services in my lifetime so I know bad when I see it. The initial cleaning was baad... they left my stone floors like a swamp... water puddles everywhere. Broke my sliding door in the bedroom by using some sort of cleaning material that removed the lubricant from the wheel and thus preventing it from rolling. The worst was that there was dust everywhere. I may be super neat but i expect every surface to be wiped down and they did cursory at best. One thing they did do well was get the spider webs off of my 14ft ceilings.
Not to mention outrageously over priced, DOUBLE AVG RATE. Personally I think they don't want new customers, because they don't have enough people working for them and I can understand why if they treat their employees like they treat their customers. I've never had anyone try so hard to dissuade me from getting regular cleaning service. I've called them several time before I could even try to talk to them about regular cleaning service.
My first call after initial cleaning:
I call them and this is their response .... "oh, our computer is down, can i get your name and number?" And after a week they still hadn't called me back so I called back.
2nd call:
"oh, let me speak to the cleaners first, and I'll get back to you"
3rd call:
"oh hold please" I hear a click and GOT HUNG UP ON. I think that is the worst, to hang up on your customers.
4th call:
In the middle of discussing price (which btw is $110 compared to SoCal Maids at $60 every 2 weeks, NEARLY DOUBLE AVG RATE) "please hold" she says right in the middle of my question... doesn't even let me finish asking my question.
Now I'm peeved. Who treats their customer this way. I give up.
I highly recommend not even bothering calling because you'll get frustrated with just trying to speak to someone.
