I have been with Meaningful Beauty for about a year. I have experienced back orders, but they were able to compensate with trial size products in those cases. However, when 5 months passed and I did not receive a shipment (and was still charged), I contacted the company. First, I was told the product shipped and must have been lost in the mail. The customer service rep told me she would credit my account, reship my supply, and send me an affidavit stating that I never received the product. Well, 2 of the 3 happened. My account was credited and the affidavit was sent and I returned it. Three weeks later, I called to check on the product. I am assured that it has been shipped, but they are unable to track be cause it is a a reship item. Another week passes and still no product. I call back only to fins that the product was never filled or shipped. The first agent was rude and acted as if I was out of line to be upset. Besides, he says, your next scheduled shipment will be ready in 2 weeks! Now, it has been almost 7 months without products. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated it was "human error," which has apparently happened by several people on my account. This product is good, but you have to diligently manage your own account, because the customer service representatives obviously will not so it for you!
