I loved the product. The service the company provided was unjust. I was shipped additional product after I had requested auto shipments be placed on hold, I returned the product, I was still billed for it, I called the # on the bill, was told that once I paid for the product, they would reship it to me (why would I want that?) and clear my account. Even after it was acknowledged by a supervisor that yes, they had received the product back, and yes, I had requested a hold be placed on auto shipments, because THEY didn't show that THEY received the package back during THEIR timeframe of 60 days I WAS STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT. I am not, nor will I accept that is my financial responsibility because either 1.The postal service had a delay in shipment or 2. Meaningful Beauty's delay in crediting me timely! And I will add that the company wanted me to have a return postage receipt...So I was supposed to pay for postage to return a package I had requested not be sent in the first place. After all this, I would have still ordered and used their product had someone been reasonable when I contacted them. Instead, my account has been referred to a credit collection agency.
