We Purchased and R.V for $95,000.00. Many promises were made, thus far performance is very poor, none perform to be exact. Both McMahon's R.V in Colton and Irvine, are not customer friendly. They Promised to Paint the Awning and have not made any efforts to comply or even return calls. We have been calling for 3 weeks and they just do not seem to care. We finally took a trip in our "NEW R.V" but the shower broke on the first attempt to shower, so we used the public showers. On the same day the large drawers, the runners collapsed, which made it difficult to access our clothes. Most of the locks on the compartments are "RUSTY" making it difficult to unlock and lock. The actual awning over one of the slides its torn, again not expected on a new Coach. But the ultimate problem is that they want to make an appointment until 19th of April. The reason we purchased a new R.V was to avoid problems like these. But maybe we should have spent less and probably purchased something better than MR. McMahon, has to offer. I personally will never purchase anything from a "COACH TO A KNOB" from Mr. McMahon. Also we will never recommend anyone to do any business with MCMAHON'S R.V. Those who make promises should keep them after all we all like to return to business that not only sell products, but are there to do the best they can to satisfy their customers. A note to MR. Mcmahon, maybe you are not aware of all that goes on in your transactions! But maybe its time to focus more on those who keep your businesses running that on selling units. YES! The consumer.
