After sale relations and customer service stinks

We purchased a new Holiday Rambler in Indio and picked it up in Quartzite in January, 2013. From the moment of sale until now, over two months, we have not heard one word from our salesman or McMahon RV thanking us for being a customer. The pick up in Quartzite was an absolute disaster, we ended up with a bum battery, that was finally replaced 3 days later and we unloaded our trade into the new coach in the dark, because they could not get their delivery act together. Then we have had a miserable time with the service dept in Phoenix getting Due Bill fixes taken care of. Finally, we only just got our license plates, two months after purchase and hours before we were to leave on an extended vacation. I would give Mc Mahon one star because we love our new coach. We have given up getting the Due Bill finished up.
