Beware of McMahons RV (Colton)
|
Just picked a brand new motorhome from McMahons July 2012. We all know the saying about salesman, "If their lips are moving, they're probably lying". In the case of this place "If their lips are moving, they are definitely lying". Sales and finance both lied to me. They have a ridiculous fee for what they call PDI that I have yet to figure out what they charge for. And yes, I paid it. We found several things in the coach not right that should have been noticed and repaired prior to delivery, or at least brought to our attention. Finance ran a bunch of numbers by me that I found to be false after running the same numbers at home myself. They damaged my RV prior to delivery and made an unprofessional attempt at a repair, spray paint from a can. To their credit, at least the paint is the same color but a textured finish on a smooth surface doesn't work. Then they denied it. They overfilled my levelers so when I got the unit home, hydraulic fluid on my driveway and a dirty mess all around the brand new leveler system. An RV dealer that doesn't even know how to check the oil level on an RV system and charge you a lot of money to mess it up. If they can't do either of the above two things right, why would anyone trust them with anything on your RV. They made a happy event turn into a miserable event in one day.
