I am cynical by nature. I analyze things and did my the homework. The company particularly its customer serivice and training people, went out of its way to make me happy.
I had trouble signing up to become a property scout with my computer. I thought I got taken. But I was politely surprised when I asked for help and finally logged into the website and started the training.
Wow. It’s pretty impressive. The website has tons of training materials on how to be a professional property scout and I am currently in the real estate business. I'm an agent. So I know. Definitely worth the investment. I can easily see how this can be so lucrative. Especially right now with the residential so slow.
Let me offer one piece of advice: If you have questions, you should ask them on their website. They have a chat window on it and they man it with real property scouts. They seem helpful and knowledgeable. Plus after the sale their support is awesome which is important to me. They want to help me to succeed and are working with me closely.
But it’s obvious you have to be trained to do good at this. Personally, I am perfect for this because I like to analyze things and do the necessary homework required to find good deals.
It’s time for me to say goodbye to residential real estate sales forever. Hello property scouting!
