JoAnn was very informative and helpful in helping me chose my mattress. Met the price from Macy's for a Temperpedic mattress & box spring (with frame included). Delivery was free, and removal of old bed was free. It appears that they forgot the frame in original shipment, we got a used frame instead. Leg on the frame collapsed after the 2nd week of use, not being made for a Tempurpedic bed.
When I went in to ask for a replacement, Jeff had an attitude, and was telling me it would take up to 4 days to get a replacement frame. After informing that I would be posting his actions on the Internet, he jumped and within 30 seconds was able to promise a replacement frame for the next day. Replacement frame arrived as promised.
Be sure you check your paperwork, double check your bed and do your homework before you accept your delivery.
