When going thru Management Works Realty Inc. be aware that they do not use a credit report from the three credit bureau agencies they use a credit agency that shows a partial credit report and then this agency uses a name matching system to look for evictions and my name was common so a couple of possible evictions popped up. My husband's creditreport was never found and they still didn't try using the 3 credit bureau agencies. It was disappointing that we were counted out. All of this for about $50.00.
