I requested Keith Johnson but this office instead gave me Dr. Kumar. I waited 27 minutes to finally be seen and after a friendly woman took X-rays, waited another long period of time for the DDS. He refused to give me my bi-yearly cleaning (paid for by insurance) unless I would get extra services and pay out of pocket. When I mentioned I could not afford and don't want extras, he disappeared again for a long time and came back with a contract containing false statements claiming he showed me exactly where my problem areas were, which he did not. He also tried having my husband get the add-ons a few weeks ago, and when my husband refused, he was not required to sign a contract in order to receive cleaning. So why was I? He was out of line by saying if I don't sign his contract, that means I don't care about my teeth. I'm sorely disappointed with the treatment at this office.
