Awful company. I have been going there for more than a year every two weeks since they are 2 blocks away from my house. About 2 month ago I gave an employee a $20, only to be given back change for a $1. After telling the cashier for 30 minutes that I just went to the ATM and took out the money, and ATM doesn't hand out $1 bills, he was rude and told me to come back end of the day after the cash count. The situation was handled by another guy calling me a few hours later saying they are over in their cash drawer and I was right. I got my money back. I started going there again, since I figured it was a mistake and mistakes happen and the situation was handled. Now yesterday (12/15/09), I headed to their store again to send out some first class letter. Again I went to the ATM and took out a $20. I was given change for a $5. This time it was a manager/owner who did this mistake (second time in a few month this happens). She said, oh well it's just bad luck, I will cash count and call you. She got my number and my brothers number, and of course didn't call. This lady is rude, and didn't even call as a courtesy. Awful business, stuck up manager/owner, doesn't give 2 cents about her customers and they CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place and the awful people who own this hell hole a negative number I would. Chech their rating on google.com. They have nothing but negative ratings and people complaining. I am not the only one who feels this way.
