Magellan is the ARMPIT company of the world when it comes to customer service. I cannot get a direct number to a customer service and there is none listed on their directory line or website. I have sent several emails on their "contact" page, but the only response I received was they were forwarding it to the right department. Well, the right department never sent anything in response to my inquiry and complaint. The people I talked with were unprofessional and lacking any ability to aid a customer. I spent hours on the phone with them with the end result of accomplishing nothing. I am fortunate that I did receive the replacement GPS system, but found out that I could have saved over $50 if I had waited. Further, I just received a bill on my credit card that I have no documentation from the company on what it is for. Do they just indiscriminately charge credit card accounts without notifying the customer? I will NEVER deal with this company again. Reading some of the complaints of others, I am not alone. While I would like to be more positive on my experience, but there is absolutely none. Absolutely none! I would like to rate the company with no stars, but it seems I cannot get that low.
