Do NOT use this auto paint shop, they use the bait-and-switch tactic. One representative will gave me a written estimate on my car and discussed the "sale" and other promotions. After we left the car and went to pick it up, all of the work was not done and it was more expensive. Another representative talked to us and declined that they knew anything about the sale or promotion. The second representative checked with the first lady and she said she knew nothing about it. In the end we paid more money. They wanted us to sign a paper agreeing that we authorized the higher amount. We did not want to sign (although we did pay the higher amount) and they threaten to keep our car because we would not sign the fraudulent charge slip. There is an auto paint shop near this Maaco and they said customers come to them quite often because of the problems they have with this Maaco. Save yourself. Go somewhere else.
