Bad products, terrible & dishonest customer service. I purchased a ATI 4890 video card from them via ZipZoomFly late April 2009 that had a $20 rebate. Meticulously filled out all the information & made copies of all documents. Received notice that I didn't send an invoice, even though I had. I contacted them many times until they finally answered and refused to honor the invoice I resent them. Created a BBB complaint. Still refused to honor their rebate and claimed the rebate form contained terms that didn't exist. Hello? I made copies of everything. Kind of blatant. I don't even have the video card anymore as it was very loud and the performance was subpar for the price.
Terrible experience with a terrible company and I'll be sure to spread the word to everyone to avoid their products.
