We have had the same problems with M.G.M. Universal; however, I will be contacting the Arizona Attorney General's Office, as well as filing a complaint with the FTC today. I have contacted our credit card company and am disputing the charges. I faxed M.G.M. a letter to two different fax numbers rescinding any contract, although we NEVER signed anything so there is NO contract. I will also be contacting the California Attorney General's Office about this company.
