I was contacted by MGM Universal Timeshare last year, April 2010 with an offer to sell my timeshare in 90 days for a fee of $1798.00. After a few phone calls from them, I finally decided to give a shoot and I received a contract and paid the $1798.00 to start the sale procedure. After a few calls from Richard Taylor, who was the sales representative, with a few buyer in line to acquire the timeshare, nobody contact me since then. I had made a lot of phone calls to the company and nobody answer the phone calls, finally one day somebody answer the phone and request to talk to Mr. Taylor and he told me that Mr. Taylor is no longer with the company. Last month I decide to contact these scumbags and request to talk to the person who was handle my package and in less than an hour I received a call from Kenney Petrus with an offer from a buyer from Allentown, PA. Mr Petrus told that I need to wire $1500.00 to cover half of the closing costs and I question him about that. After the last conversation with Mr Petrus I have not heard from him again and to make things harder the phone number used by him is no longer in service. People we need to report all these incidents and there is a way to do it, please go to ic3.gov and file a complaint to the FBI, is very important we do this, so they get into the details and investigate MGM Universal Timeshare. I know I wont get my money back, but I will satisfies to see them behind bars.
