Don't trust them

I purchased a membership so I could get a discount on my dog's heart worm medicine. The first order was fine, but when I went back to reorder they no longer carried what I need. Total waste of money! The offered to "refund" the membership in exchange for charging me the full price of the medicine - a difference that was MORE than my refund. Wish I'd realized they have an F from the BBB before I gave them my money.
