I have tried to get a simple e-mail campaign to work for me and it sends either a error message every time or the tech can't explain how to step by step to get it to work. It doubled my subscribers I picked from adding another campaign that was similar to the one I was sending. I chose my subscribers and it didn't matter. I system has several issues that are not fixed of are still incorporated in the system. If a tech can't help you who can? A video to help would be great , I was told there was a hour long video, it was a three minutes video and didn't explain how to do anything in depth. I haven't received the help I was told I'd receive, so for now it was a waste of money for the set up. If I could get a refund for that I would walk away..and pay for a couple months of torment. I have worked months to export contacts that the system delete most of the information. It allows ONE e-mail per contact, thats stupid and out dated. Changing information is almost impossible, and takes forever. Want help with a template let them do it for a charge or a SPECIAL logo. Easy things that most sites do for free..I made a mistake and starting in business with a small expense fund, this site sucked it away..
