Beware, This company will be closing in 2 weeks. A former emplyee who left and was working on a laon modification contacted me and told me to be careful. They did not meet payroll on time and the following.
They charge the $995 for the processing of your paperwork and for the financial worksheet to be completed. They charge the $1495 for the Forensic Audit with no guarantee that it will find any violations. They charge the $249 for credit repair. And they charge a total of $198.00 per month to service your modification until you get a modification. That process can take anywhere from 2-6 months. All of this with no guarantees.
Keep in mind they never tell you that when you are in the office.
Of course they will not tell you that they are about to shut down. But you can verify all this information on the web when you look them up with the Better Business Bureau and google the name Brian Columbano for violations and complaints.
