On Jan. 15th 2010. I paid Legal Home Solutions to work on a home loan modification. I have gone through four (5) different people working on my case. It seems that every few months someone else handles it. When you try to contact them you get a voicemail and very difficult to get assistance.
I am now out my money paid. I called the first person that handled my initial case and he had an attitude with me and now I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I received a letter dated Dec.22nd 2011 stating they are no longer handling my case and for me to email:casenotes@legalhomeloansolutions.com. I have yet to get my files. My home is now in Foreclosure. The bank has denied the loan modification.
