After recieving the letter from Matevia discontinuing his services and e mailing the casenotes@legalhomeloansolutions and getting it returned as an unknown address, I called the Fl.Bar Association and requested my records and documents..The following day (29Jan) drove to Jupiter to find a dark office with Chrissy Lemasters inside waiting for Bankrupcy people to come to take inventory..She said Thomas, his sons and she had removed boxes upon boxes of all of our files and they were taken to a secure location...She told me Matevia had filed bankrupcy which was around the 28Jan..The Fl. Bar has written a letter to him to request he give my files back by the 12Jan which I did not recieve..Called this morning to Fl Bar waiting for callback from caseworker...does anyone have access to bankrupcy files as we may be able to put a lien against him for our dollars we paid him and his breach of contact...another solotion is a class action lawsuit against him..another is taking him to court for fraud....is anybody IN!!!!! Please give me some ideas...at least we do not have to call and call and call with hardly a chance anyone from that office ever returning our calls...I chose this picture so we could blow the horn on him!!!!
