LEGAL HOME LOAN SOLUTIONS & Thomas Matevia attorney are frauds. After 16 months and 4 processors later, tireless & phone calls and emails with no response. The home is now in foreclosure I had to hire a defense attorney since there own lawyer would not take my case.The modification was officially denied by my bank and now I am out of time since I have my next summary judgement hearing coming up. This company PROMISED me a modification, even gave me a contract noting I would get a 50% refund if no modification was obtained. The new website is worded a little differently. Basically after 4 weeks after my denial the Law offices of Thomas Matevia sends me a letter saying they will be closing there doors and I will not be getting any of my money returned. I got news for you pal. I dont give up easily and since your broken promises and misleading sales people basically squandered any chance of me saving my hose I will not rest until your reputation is tarnished. I will be filing complaints with the bar,better business assoc,chamber of commerce, facebook, the local news stations etc. Sure this is long winded and the grammar isn't correct but folks will get my point. I will also be looking into if collecting the modification fees up front is against the law. This guy might even have to defend himself in small claims court. I have the documents that promised me a refund and just because your going to shut your doors and open up another front someplace else doesn't relieve you of your moral responsibility to honor your contract with me~!LEGAL HOME LOAN SOLUTIONS JUPITER FLORIDA Thomas Matevia PA~
