I have been working with this firm for a while now. I have received an offer in which I was saving about $200 a month. They told me to go back and let them renegotiate so now I'm waiting for another offer from the bank. So far it's been a good experience. I get a phone call from my negotiator every week with an update on her progress. They have been very helpful and it makes me feel like there is someone out there that wants to help. It's been so hard to do this on my own. I'm just glad that I have the help that I need.
