tryin to get a hold of the 100% "Refund" Dept . Failed to get a re-mod afer 10 mos. dotted every I crossed ever T , towards the end our venture had been notified by origonal lender that Leagle Home Sol had never made an attempt to contact them ...true or false, Now am unable to get the promised 100% or any other part of retainer back. Further they are avoiding any contact . SCAM ..time to call another laywer, as well BBB & Fla Bar.
