This was an incredible experience working with this Law Firm! I was treated with the utmost respect when dealing with my hardship. My mortgage payment was $2,900 with PITI and my interest rate was 9.5%. I didn't think there was any help out there as was told by my lender I didn't qualify. I signed up with this Firm in May of 2010 and have just started my trial modification. My payments were dropped to $2,010 and my interest rate is now 4.25%. FIXED for 30 years!
