I signed up in there program for a year now. My initial response with them was a anxiety trip. They never called me or send me a welcome package. They never communicated with me at ALL! I had to call them to find out everything myself and ask for the welcome package. I try to call them and speak with someone very difficult to do. They never call back. I have to keep on calling to finally speak with someone. I have been making payments of $350 for the past year. I followed everything they told me. I always had money in the account. When creditors call I follow instructions the way they told me, but no results. I just wish they were very customer friendly and gave me a peace of mind. That way I do not feel unsafe???
