NOTE: ALL of us that have been scammed need to start a class action lawsuite against this company. If we get 10 people to file we can start this process and the more people there are the easier it will be.
I have been in the debt settlement program for 15 months and they have taken $3300 from me. They have broken the contract I signed on about 4-5 different agreements such as dates and amounts. Counseling they were to provide. I have been trying to talk to someone now for this entire time and have yet to talk to anyone but the worthless front desk secretary. Finally I cancelled and they sent me a lousy $457 check as a refund. They are the ones who broke the contract not me. I filled a claim with the BBB and MLG didn't respond. So now I am in the process of filling a small claims case which is the most difficult thing I have ever done. HEADACH!! It is now costing me even more money and time. I have never done anything like this and would like some more advice. I am a young College graduate and was trying to get out of debt and am now double in debt from when I started. These people are the biggest crooks I have ever seen. The state makes it such a difficult process to sue that most do not want to go through it and just say the heck with getting their money back because it will cost you more in the end. WE ALL NEED TO STICK TOGEATHER AND PUT THESE CROOKS OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I am open to any suggestions.
